Hi Guys
In serious trouble here. Set new access password this morning on blackberry no problem but after trying to access phone again password for some reason has not been accepted. Am now up to last attempt and if it goes wrong all info will be wiped, and i will be f****ed. is it possible to circumnavigate user password on this device.
Also dont seem to be able to do it from blackberry desktop software

You can not circumvent the PW. Hope you have a recent backup. Incidentally, if you had or have BB Protect setup and enabled, you may be able to reset the PW using the web site.

Was your password alphnumeric? This sometimes cause people problems as they forget to hold down the appropriate key for the alpha character.

For instance 1ED6 entered as 1256 would be incorrect. This would hold true whether entering the password on the device or in Desktop Manager.
