For what it's worth, just saw a post that stated they are watching and are addressing battery issues among

other consumer complaints. At least they are taking action!!

I agree, releasing a decent update to address issues we have been reading about on battery life, low-light camera shots, and even calls in bedside mode shows to me (at least in my personal opinion) BlackBerry is no RIM anymore and they do care what we think and understand they need to.

I'm proud to be getting mine when Verizon releases them here in the States, I am back to BBRY after 2 years!
