Good news. But need some advertising in all the leading channels to tell that bb 10 is very different than BlackBerry 7. All my friends never knew about BlackBerry 10 OS till I bought this a month ago. All were surprised looking at the fast and lag free os.

It would have been nice to see an Indian launch further ahead of the earnings call on Friday so that we'd hear some early indication, but it's still encouraging to see another launch.

Maybe a North American launch this fall with an LTE model...?

And 11000 for the Indians with this brilliant OS is really cheap, but again BlackBerry should be very aggressive in marketing........ I hope Ranbhir Kapoor( bollywood's biggest Star) is still the Brand Ambassador for BlackBerry.

Not likely as he has already done advertisements with Android manufacturers. I don't know if he still uses a Q10 though.

Hope BlackBerry will be the next "rice" of Vietnam ;p

For some reason BlackBerry has never really tried to push hard into Vietnam - marketing is so much cheaper there compared to other developing markets.
