    Mine wasn't either! But go into your music app, tap the dots on the bottom right, and pick BlackBerry World. After that mine worked fine!

    Ok. Rebooting didn't work but it did work when I went through the music app way. Shouldn't have to do that. Lol.

    I agree you shouldn't have to, but after I did that the BlackBerry World app started working again without having to go through the music app first

    Go into music select the three dots in the bottom right corner. Then select bbworld from the list. This should fix it.
