So my 9330 went through the wash when it was on, when it came out it was soaked and would not turn on. I took the battery out and put it in rice. I'm gonna wait for about 24 hours and try to put it on the charger.

Do you think I am pretty much screwed? Or is there a chance I just need a new battery? Any thing else I can do?

It'll definitely be more than just the battery. Put the whole phone in rice for at least 24 hours if there's any chance at all of it working again. But going through the wash, I wouldn't hold out too much hope there, especially if it was on at the time. Bummer!

With that much water, you're sol. Hope you have insurance on your Curve. If not, you might want to take the offer one of the previous posters made to buy your device for parts.

Also if your Blackberry was on when it went in, chances are it short circuited. So unless you have insurance you might be SOL.

Try the rice trick, but I prefer to use silica gel packets
