HI,

I am very new to Blackberry and not at all technical. I am wondering if there is any dedicated support line for UK Blackberry users that you can call to get support. I mean, I can't even change a ringtone or add a ringtine, let alone setup my mail. My carrier Orange have not helped so far!!! Any suggestions would be apprecitaed.

I would suggest just using this site and some of the other sites. That is the best support around - especially in the uk

Must agree w/ TMAG I have an older BB that I know A LOT about but when I upgrade in a few months to either a Curve or Pearl2 will feel like an instant pro due to the things I have learned on this site!
