I recently bought a Blackberry Curve 9360 unlocked (originally from Rogers) and I have big problems with it : I can't type in my password because the "alt" key is lockedd in and sometimes the trackpad only works in certain menus... Hence, I want to call Blackberry but on their website, they say I have to contact my service supplier. Do I have to call Fido or Rogers ? By the way, if any of you knows how to fix these problems tell me !
