blackberry about a week old, and about fifteen minutes ago it just stopped working. emails fail to send and not getting emails, no phone calls either way, no internet connectivity.

Sometimes the phone "antenna" will turn off, how are the reception bars at the top? If it says "off" go into connections and turn it back on. Used to happen weekly with my old pearl
