    WOW MINE IS ONLY THREE WEEKS OLD AND IT DIED ON ME THIS MORNING AT 9AM. I TURNED IT OFF LASTNIGHT AND IT NEVER TURNED ON AGAIN. BACK TO VERIZONWIRELESS.

    Did you try a battery pull? That is, take the back off, pull out the battery, then put it back in.

    Give it about 30 minutes on the charger. That should be enough to show if the battery was run too low to power the device.
