Hi Guys,
I have a storm 9550 and have to re install it.i have buyed this from ebay,and attached new display coz the one with it having problems.
My question is the phone logs only to Terms and condition message and never go beyond.i have attached a photo there.can you my friends give some advice to this?.thnx guys.

If you can't hit "OK" to move on, try using something like bbsak or bbhtools on your PC to wipe and factory reset the device

i have pressed brothers.but it never accepted..:/.i downloaded BBSAK and wiped the phone and Load os..but the things same.

You installed a new screen....

Is this the first opportunity you have to use the screen - the agreement for the term? If so maybe you need to recheck all the connections, maybe the surepress isn't working?

Looks like the screen wasn't installed correctly. Like said above check all the connections and make sure they are good. Reloading the OS isn't doing anything for you. If the click isn't registering it's a hardware issue.
