just tried to watch a video my mate sent me through email..when i load it up on youtube it starts to play i get the sound but just a black screen without a picture

has anyone else had this problem? and is there a fix?

Some videos work and others don't. I guess you're just unlucky on this one.

I don't think there is a fix - I think its the way the videos are encoded. I had a similar problem with some videos on my 9520.

I would have similar problems with my Storm. It would give me an error and I would back up and yet again and it will play. Not sure why. Maybe it really is a coding thing.
