I bought mine off a friend and it didn't come with a guide on how to work it so anything would gladly help!(:
You could check out the great app called AddOnis. It allows you to insert signatures into your SMS (although I've never used the feature) among a ton of other things.
you can not set signatures like on a regualr cell phone. best you can do is go to tools -> auto text, and then make it so if you type "sig" it will change it to what you want your signature to be.
but if you have verizon you can only text 160 characters at a time, and the signature counts against it
