    I honestly think that there's only two ways this can go:- either (by some means that nobody is aware of or admitting to be aware of) there is bona-fide access to Google Play, or there is not.

    If there is access, it could be through an official gPlay app being made available, or the gPlay store being accessed through BlackBerry World somehow.

    If there is not, then BBRY will not allow an app such as Snap into BlackBerry World and we will need to continue with the methods we use now to get .apk files onto our devices.

    I strongly suspect that we're looking at the second option there.

    I really hope that this thread doesn't turn into anything else...

    It would be nice for Snap or a similar client to be allowed, but as was stated above it is unlikely to happen. Official google play would be a welcome addition, but not sure Google would really want that to happen lol

    Agree, the chances for Snap to be in BlackBerry World is close to zero. A formal agreement with Google will be required and only time will tell. For the average user, the app gap will truly be closed if such an agreement is reached.
