Apple has installed security backdoors on 600m iPhones and iPads, claims security researcher - Gadgets and Tech - Life and Style - The Independent

BlackBerry claims the security high ground but are they any less complicit than Apple? Or are they really the secure platform of choice?

    Extra info!
It's hard to argue that BlackBerry haven't left some hidden backdoor (it's impossible to prove that something doesn't exist!) , but you could argue that for BB to do such a thing, that would be suicidal move. So I think you can't know but You can believe based on good indications. There is no reason to trust in Apple, but there are reasons to trust in BlackBerry.
I don't think that anyone can make that parallel: 'Since Apple did it, so all the others are suspicious'.
No, this is the way Apple value and trust customers (as always), nothing more than this.
