    Actually, yes, they are giving their phones away for free to some of their biggest enterprise customers. Not just One or Two thousand devices, I'm talking 25k, 35K devices and sometimes even higher. I know of some 100K and 150K deployments that have happened recently / are happening. Are the devices being sold? Yes, but only because they are literally free.
