    WHOIS data on the domain shows it was created in 2010 and it registered to an individual in China.
    It is hosted on GoDaddy.

    Personally, I would not use the site or any downloads from it..... but that is just me.

    If the MD5SUM or (better) SHA1 /256 sum matches a known one of a OS download file(s), you should be fine, regardless of the download source. But that's just me... :-)
