    My BlackBerry Q10 turns itself off when it runs down to yellow rather than red I get a message "turning device off" anybody know why this is happening as there is still 11% battery at this point?
    Any help would be good thanks.

    Same thing happens to me right after it goes to the last 10%. Would like to know the reason as well.
