    Whether it's an update release or issues with the BlackBerry app world I want BlackBerry to communicate better with it's customer base.

    not only no, but he!! no!!! they have 1/2 a dozen outlets & fail to use any of them...

    I have never had any problems with BlackBerry customer service. The worst I have gotten is being referred to the carrier, most of the time they are helpful and courteous.

    he's not talking about customer service,,, he's talking about corporate BB getting out to their customers w/ info...

    there is no solid info on C'berry,,, mostly just speculation, what ifs, would yous & fannyism,,, that's what i was speaking to when i mentioned the outlets BB fails to use...
