Since Nokia had been acquired by MS, it's believed MS will have more actions in the following months, which will make more threats ,hope blackberry can feel the stress and work harder, try to shorten the release time of Powerful Z30 with more amazing features !beef up, BlackBerry!!

At least a lighter moment provided

What I was getting at is that this may be BlackBerry's last ditch attempt, if there is any time left after all. Without sounding too negative, I support the sentiments posted here: What Microsoft buying Nokia means for BlackBerry | CrackBerry.com

WP8 is not in a good situation and BlackBerry is more profitable and selling high end phobes, while majority of wp8 os is low-end cheap 520 so BlackBerry is on a right track with bbm, z30 and 10.2 also rumored z5 will bridge the lowend gap. So dont be pesimistic and the grass is not greener on other side

This buyout saved Nokia, tbey ware in the middle of choosing Abdroid or going default. Thats why 1.5bilion cash was paid upfront by microsoft

Enjoy yout BlackBerry phones, buy a z30 if u want and it will all sort itself out

That's like suggesting you floor it after your competitor is already 3 blocks ahead.

I think BlackBerry's timing couldn't be more perfect: one product, one phone to focus on promoting this fall season. Think they are rather smart. Maybe pushing out the Z10 & the Q10 earlier just to gain some traction and remain visible throughout was their strategy after all. The Z30 could well be their actual ultimate product .

Why would people want a z30? Besides the bigger screen. The z10 is almost the same and hellacheap right now

The Z30 for the most part is just a larger Z10, and the Z10 sales have been an utter disappointment. I for one don't expect the Z30 to be any better, because a bigger Z30 is not the answer. It's like having a lemonade stand that's having trouble selling 6oz glasses of lemonade, and expecting sales to increase if you increase the size of the glass from 6oz to 8oz. It's not the size of the glass... it's the lemonade itself! In Blackberry's case, it's not the size of the phone that people are turning their nose up at, so going bigger is not going to solve their problem with lackluster sales. As it stands, If there is anything Blackberry must speed up, it's the sale of the company.

The lemonade is actually pretty good, but the problem is that they set up the lemonade stand in the backyard where no one can see it, and expected their parents to put up all the signs.

I think we should accept the fact that the latest blackberry 10 phones may be the last ones that most if us will buy. End of an era the guys at BlackBerry tried and they gave it their best but the tides of fortune are not in their favour and in the end shareholders need to get their money worth and so the company will need to strip it's assets to a corporate raider and we will left with the wonderful phones that will eventually succumb to an end of life in a couple of years if not sooner. I love BlackBerry and it's time to erect a tombstone...... with the epitaph "you snooze you loose "

I was interested in the Lumia 925 and Xperia Z over the Z10. Dunno why I chose the Z10 in the end, probably price but I really do love my Z10. All three are great phones. Will be interesting to see what Windows does with their app store because presently I had a look at it on a Windows 8 PC when I was deciding the Lumia versus the Z10 and it was dreadful. Hundreds of unoffical Facebook clients, what's the point if you don't have the official one? If I wanted apps I should have gone for the Xperia Z, another great phone with a superb camera and waterproofing but it commanded a price 12 more than the Z10. Who knows if I stay with Blackberry in two years when I upgrade it all depends what the market players do FROM NOW.
