    I chose a Z10 over a Z30 for these reasons.

    1. Size
= I did not want to carry a phablet phone when I have to exercise, bike, and run with the phone.

    2. Case availability
= I wanted a holster case for my phone and Z30 does not have any holster cases available.

    3. Removable battery
= I wanted to keep the phone for a long time. With a Z30 once the battery degrades, you have to take the whole phone apart just to switch the battery, risking damaging other components if you are not careful. This is why I generally prefer removal battery phones.

Other than that, Z30 is a great phone as well.

I agree with the size of the Z10. I keep mine as a spare in the car. But I use one of the Galaxy holsters for my Z30s. There are many. The l-Blason holster is well made and fits perfectly. They don't shut the phone off, but I'm in the habit of hitting the button before I holster it and Z30 has a great battery :-).

    More on topic:
Q10 from launch to 18 months.
    Z10 and Z30 over a year.
    Before that, 9000 for 4 1/2 years.

These days technology changes so quickly that I probably won't keep any phone as long as I kept the 9000.

    Bienvenidos a BlackBerry y CrackBerry!!

I'm using a Priv since AT&T release on the 6th. I enjoy this phone. I miss some of the BlackBerrier features of past BlackBerry phones (I started with the 7520 and have had 12); however if you like the 9900, Q10, etc. this keyboard is great. The screen is beautiful, and the HUB gives me comfort. Great dabble into Android IMHO.

    Passport 13 months...

Prior to that Q10 15 months. Now used as a backup device. That replaceable battery is sooooo good... :-D

Priv? Only with Marshmallow... and that's an if... at all! :-)

Passport since Jan 2015. Heavy user and no issues so far. Wondering what device to use as a backup. (Classic?)
