    Hi I have a blackberry curve and am trying to work my messenger. My list says 3 out of 5 contacts so 2 of my contacts are not being displayed. I can not figure out how to show the 2 contacts missing off my list does anyone know how to do this?

    Did you try a battery pull? Don't know if it will help but pull n pray is always a good first step

    when you see 3/5 on messenger, that means 3 are available, 2 others would be under unavailable. Click on the word "Unavailable" to expand, and they should be listed there.

    Click the link that says "Unavailable" directly under "Contacts"/ They should be there.

    Actually do you have in your BB messenger a group that reads unavailable? If so you have found your 2 missing buddies

    If you don't have the Unavailable category, they are probably pending acceptance by either you or them.

    Wouldn't they be under the pending heading then? N not in your actual contacts list?

    And that is horrible advice, really. If the first thing you ever do to troubleshoot is pull the battery on your device, then that is sad
