My BB maps will come up and show where I am, but if I try to hit the "Get Directions", "Find a Location", or "Favorites" tab then it just goes back to the map instead of pulling up the new screen. Any advice?

Haven't seen this issue. What device/OS? Did it work on previous OS?

Download the app BB Traffic. Does great directions including free voice nav.

I hardly ever use BB Maps. Between BB Traffic and Google Maps which has Voice Search, I'm covered. m.google.com
