Help please i cant get past the set up page 1/4 ive tried ive looked everywhere ive deleted and reinstalled but nothing i,m sure its somethingvobvious but cant find any info ??

Hi sorry its right at the beginning i click on link it comes up set up page 1/4 name of device etc option to use itunes or windows media player and tben i cant go any further aargh im not that techy but im completly stuck im sure its something simple but no idea ,i,m using aimonth old new hardly used asus netbook ?? ,i have got my z10 organised tbe way i want itand i just wanted to. Have a back up
