    i have a broken curve 9360 that i plan on getting fixed, and i have currently a BB Z3 as my main phone,
    will using the same blackberry id on both legacy and OS 10 devices create problems?

    No, it will not create any problem. But you cannot use BBM on both tho.

    (I use same ID on Z10 and Passport, Apps applicable run on both. But BBM only on Passport)

    i mainly use BBM mainly for the BBM channels as i don't have any contacts on BBM. can i still browse the channels on either device?

    Channels are part of BBM. May not be possible to read on both devices.
