    When I hookup my BB to my laptop and explore the BB i have a blackberry file that when i try to open it it asks for what program do you want to open it with. The file just says blackberry. can anyone help me with this the icon is the page with the turned down corner and a computer screen icons on it.

    When I view the contents of my media card, BlackBerry is the top level directory. It opens to reveal subdirectories.

    If your is different, use the right mouse button and select Properties. What are the properties?
