    I have forgotten which user name I used when I set up my account with Verizon's Blackberry website. I want to remove the automatic signature and everything I've read states that this is the only way to do it. Any ideas?

    Welcome to CB! You are correct that the only way to change the signature is to log into your BIS account. Try contacting Verizon's customer service and see if they can reset the password or clear it. If that fails, try the "Ask the Verizon rep" thread, perhaps they can help. Here is a link:

    Try looking here:

    Options > Advanced Options > Service book, Press Enter

    Scroll down toward the end, you should see something like [email protected]

    Your username and email address can be different.

    Try contacting your carrier's BlackBerry support. They should be able to release your PIN so you can create a new BIS account.
