So my BlackBerry Pearl 8130 does not play my saved videos, so I took it to my local Verizon Wireless store and they tell me I'll wipe your BlackBerry clean and reinstall everything. Well when they reinstalled everything my email accounts did not show up as folders or in my sounds settings. I finally deleted the Gmail account and reinstalled it and a folder popped up and it is on my sounds settings page as well. So... I decided to delete the BlackBerry email and try to reinstall it. Well it will not allow me to reinstall it(I might be doing it wrong) and it will not allow me to get a new email account from BlackBerry. Can some please help me I'm so lost. Thanks
