Blackberry Desktop Software - media card problem
Hi,
I have problems with my Blackberry Desktop Software for Mac. I have just put a new memory card into my Blackberry 8520 (32gb), but the software says that my memory card only has a total of 1.8gb (the capacity of the card that came with the device.
I have downloaded the latest version of Blackberry Desktop Software and my phone is fully updated.
Anyone know what I can do to get it to recognise the full capacity of the card?

Did you format the SD card in the BB? Were did you buy the Memory card? Also your phone may not except a 32GB card.
Edit: just checked & it does support a 32GB.
Here how to format the card.
On the Home screen or in a folder, click the Options icon.
Click Memory.
Press the Menu key.
Click Format.
