Just downloaded BlackBerry desktop, all installed fine until i connected my BB.

It's now asking for the device password?

i have a 4 digit password on my phone but it is not accepting this...... am i missing something simple here?

It's probably a common BB thing that i didn't realize but have now worked out.

I have a numerical Password on my phone and it want's the same password just the letters rather than the numbers..... quite weird.
