RIM is hands-down the best at email and calendar applications. They should apply their experience to the world of desktop products and give us a email program and a calendar program that work EVERY time you need it (yes, I have used outlook and other "professional grade" programs. None of them even come close to the email and calendar I have on my torch). What are your thoughts on this idea?
In what way are they better than the current desktop equivalents? My phone does no more than Outlook or Lotus notes, in most areas the desktop apps have more features?
Why would RIM want to branch out into a brand new area when they are focusing on sorting out their core business?
