I am having a BIG problem with my bb curve, it won't charge nor the track ball won't move up only down and left and right.....My phone won't even turn on. So if anyone out there can help me that would be wonderful.....

Try removing the battery cover and pulling the battery and placing it back in the device. If this does not work, then you may want to visit a sprint/nextel dealer today for a warranty replacement.

If the battery won't charge this could explain all the other problems. Start by checking with a different (known good) battery and charger.

If you can get the phone to turn on, you should be able to clean or replace the trackball. Look in the FAQ forum here on CB.
