Okay when I open up Media Manager (which I think stinks) I try and go to my music on MY COMPUTER and it tells me that my media files need to be filtered and I need to press that button. HELLO I've looked everywhere I I can't find that BUTTON

I then tried a few suggestions to just go to My Computer and save them that way but when I go the that drive it tells me to insert the cd and it wont open- Its the removable drive so I dont understand why it wont open and it ask for a cd. Uhhhhhhhhh

Any suggestions on what to do? I have been surfing this site for hours and still haven't found my answer. Help please and Thank you

Are you trying to copy them to the card? If so, be sure you have the correct usb drivers installed. Also make sure your phone is in mass storage mode.

Thanks I just did that and it worked

Now I have to go purchase a media card because it wont even let me transfer one song- ha ha It says not enough memory.
