Is it OK to delete the native browser on my Pearl 8130 in the Applications menu and then send service books to load again? I am trying to clear up some buggy issues I am having. I tried battery pulls a number of times.

I don't think it is possible to delete the browser. It's an integral part of the OS, and always running. Re-sending your service books won't hurt anything. What kind of problem are you having?

When I try to log onto facebook mobile, USA Today mobile and Blackerry Mobile I get a message that there was a problem rendering the page. Other pages load fine.

Be sure you clear your cache. In the Browser, press Menu / Options / Cache Operations and clear any caches that have content. Also, be sure you have your Browser set to emulate BlackBerry.
Options / Browser Configuration / Emulation Mode: BlackBerry

+1 on JeffH's comments - I was getting "bad gateway" errors today, cleared the caches and all is fine.
