[Mlacastro]

So I am currently using a Mac and have been trying to upgrade my Bold 9700 to the new 6 OS software. I use the blackberry desktop software every time .. and everytime the software has successfully downloaded on my phone it freezes at the "I agree" and terms of agreement screen. I can't scroll down and accept its just frozen. I can see the software in the background but I can't get passed this screen!

I have tried to do this several times.. have had to downgrade each time to make my phone work again. PLEASE help me.
