I put appointments on my Blackberry, but they don't transfer to Outlook.
I am running desktop manager version 5.0.1 and device manager 4.1.0.12
Any help would be appreciated.

This may be too simple of a solution, but when you added the appointments to your bb, did you choose "New" or "New Alarm"? New alarm just sets an alarm in the alarm clock app and doesn't sync to outlook.
