i have the bold 9780, but its a second hand one off a friends mums because she never used it and my one broke [exactly the same phone] and ever since my blackberry app world hasn't been accessible. i have made a new account in the blackberry options and everything, and whenever i re-install it, it comes up with "{0} has been deleted but still has an active subscription" when i click on the blackberry app world symbol - or sometimes the install doesn't even work and says "download failed". ive tried to download it so many times! someone helppppp asap thank you
