Did anyone else get an email about this? Its basically an interactive help desk. Type in a question about your BlackBerry and it will give you an answer.
The first thing I thought when I saw was "who needs this? There's CB and its so much more & better" lol.
But if you wanna test it out just go to the help think on the default home page of your BB browser.
