so i just got my blackberry today
and i was checkin out all the features
its pretty much all setup but one thing hasnt changed

it doesnt say EDGE just yet, it still says gprs when using the browser

i have tmobile btw, so im waiting for it to go through
but anyway, i activated WiFi and connected to my home router

    question is:

do i automatically get billed for using my own router and my signal says UMA when activated? cuz i only signed up for the blackberry unlimited plan.

UMA is for the WiFi calling. I believe if you don't have H@H, it will still use your plan minutes to complete the call, whether it goes through the UMA or not.

No. You won't be billed for using your own router. Also, if you make or receive calls while connected to your router, they will simply be deducted from your voice plan if you do not have a hotspot @ home plan.
