    The following sentence appears in the directions on how to download programs:

    "If the on-screen instructions dont explicitly mention not to connect your BlackBerry to the computer (via the USB cable) it is probably best to do this as they may just assume you would know this."

    Too many double-negatives...I don't understand what he's telling me to do. Does "best to do this" mean do or don't connect the BB to the computer?

    Connect your BB to the computer unless the instructions for your download tell you not to.

    The not between mention and to is probably a simple typo. I read it the way Flurrycat does.

    Good one, that is at least a triple negetive.

    The only source that I trust enough to allow that update method is BlackBerry itself. That is how the pushed out Wallet.
