Black boxes and no symbols
I am getting black boxes instead of symbols. How do I fix this?

um.....what??? what black boxes, when, where what were you doing when they show up? if you want people to help you, you need to be more descriptive here.

When you look at messages.
It is a box Jul 16,2009 9:38:45 AM also in my bbm some symbols appear as boxes
