    When I purchased my AT&T Q10. It came in an AT&T box as opposed to the Black box.
    Is there a difference?

    Yes: the box. Several carriers have had their own packaging for their branded phones. The device itself is no different than any version of the same model and radio set, except for the branding on the device.
