Hello Crackberry Forum,
I'm having some bizarre behavior with my Blackberry Q5 camera. When using the flash on the camera in dark areas, the pictures get washed out. The flash goes off and shuts off normally. I certainly didn't get these kind of pictures when I had my Bold 9900. This isn't a one-off, I was trying to take multiple pictures indoor at a low-lit restaurant last night and they all came out this way.
Here's the settings I have:
-Rear Camera
-Normal Shooting Mode
-Auto Scene
-Flash Auto
-Ratio 4:3

Here's a test image below. Anyone have any clue why this is happening?

Now that isn't normal.... Is the lense clean and not damaged? Do daylight pictures washout like this too? What OS are you on?

Set the camera to night mode

Has your Q5 gotten wet at all?
