Exclamation BIS keeps on disconnecting after awhile.

Hello! Good day to all! So here's my problem. I've only encountered with it recently and it has not happened to me before this. I've been using BlackBerry since 2 years ago, and I swear I've never in to this situation.
So here's the story. I don't really know why my BIS keeps on disconnecting. I thought it was a problem with my plan or something so I switched to postpaid. (I've been using postpaid before but then I changed to prepaid and changed it again to postpaid. Long story. Not much help.) What I'm trying to say is this might be got to do with my phone, instead of plans or any sort. I thought this would end the pain. But no, right after my BIS was activated again, the problem keeps on occurring. Each and every time I did a battery pull, it would be all fine. Like on top of my BlackBerry there would be the 3G and BB icon. And then the signal just drops. 3G is still connected but then my BIS is disconnected.
I really don't know what's the problem. I'm pretty sure this is not something wrong with my service provider because I have contact them recently. I guess I just really don't know what is wrong with my BlackBerry. I've done the normal reboot and even the hard reboot (doing a battery pull while the device is still ON). I did a software update on my phone and still no luck.
I would appreciate it very much if someone could help me. I think I might just cry
Oh and I'm using BlackBerry Torch 9800 if that helps. Thanks a bunch!

I think it's your phone network or maybe downtime on BIS it happens at times

I have no idea what is causing it. I feel your pain though. I went through about 4 9860 because rogers thought it was a hardware issue. I still have the same issue from time to time. But there doesn't seem to be a remedy

So what you're trying to say there's something wrong with my phone? I've been using it for a year now so could it be the problem just started recently? I've googled everything and there's no solution to this though. I don't know, some of my friends that are using BB and from the same provider doesn't go through the problem as I do.
    Ugh

Go to your wireless carrier and swap your SIM into a new BlackBerry smartphone (same model as your current smartphone) to determine whether the BIS connection drops. This will identify whether the issue is hardware or BIS.
