Many know that Yahoo Plus mail has added servers and there are now new POP server names. I've reset my Outlook client but I can't figure out how to change the names on the BIS!

The instructions say there is an "Advance Settings" button but, darned if I can find it.

Do I have to delete that account and set up a new one?

    Thanks.

I think they are talking about the online BIS account manager as there is an Advanced Settings button. You have to select edit the account, and then in there is the button.

You using a PC or your BB?
Your email accounts show up and to the right is edit, filters, delete.
Select edit, and you should have General Settings Advanced Settings. No?

Using BIS 2.0 on VZW their is no way to change the POP servers on an existing account. (just looked at my wifes existing account)

So you will need to do the following.

    Delete the account.
Start set up new account proccess.
Put in an incorrect email address, IE 123@123.com
This will cause it to fail and it will give you the options to enter email address and password again
    OR
Provide the settings your self. (Choose this option)

Then you can put your correct settings in.

This is based on accessing your BIS account from a PC, not your phone.

When I log onto the BIS thru the PC I don't have an Advanced Settings tab, only General Settings. I'm not Verizon tho, I'm Sprint
