I'm not sure if I am searching enough for my issue but I hope someone can help.

My company which is based in the US has BES. Since I am the only employee working remotely they suggested that I should purchase my BB locally under my name but all expenses will be remibursed. Yay!

The local carrier said that they cannot provide BES since they do not have a tie up with my company and can only subscribe me to BIS. I tried the Enterprise Activation PIN that was provided by our IT since they have already provisioned my account to BES but it didn't work. I'm currently getting my work emails thru BIS.

My question is how can I get BES locally? Is it a local policy that BES is only offered to partners?
