Because I have finally gotten tired of using Lotus Notes at work (a whole other topic), I am forwarding my work email to my Gmail account so I can use Outlook.
I have the Gmail account set up on my Blackberry through BIS 3.0. I understand that IMAP synchronization is not going to be instant, and that's okay.
My problem is synchronization. It seems as though Gmail IMAP doesn't synchronize with the Blackberry at all in this configuration.
The only time my messages seem to synchronize is if I get a message sent directly to the Gmail account, not to my work email address.
Any ideas? Is this a BIS issue, a Gmail issue, or both?
