    Obviously I'm a lurker here but wanted to convey a great experience with Seidio. I bought a Innocase for my storm a month ago and had been very pleased with it. I needed to to a battery pull so had to pop the case for the first time recently. For the life of me the case wouldn't snap back together. E-mailed Seidio and they sent a new case with a pre-paid return shipping tag, no questions. A big thumbs up to Seidio for taking care of their customers.
