Does anyone know what the best SIM to get is if you are roaming outside the US? I'm having trouble finding one (either pre or post paid) that supports BB data.

Calling is not an issue for me...I just want to use BB data.

Well, in order to be able to use data with a service provider in India you would have to carrier release the PIN from T-Mo and register the PIN with a carrier in India.
Based on what i'm searching ... it seems like Vodafone India would be your best bet ... it would cost 1100Rs for unlimited BIS, which is around $22 USD.
