I am having an issue with our BES server. It looks like every couple of hours, messages stop transferring through the server and stop going to handhelds. From what I can see, I don't see anything in any logs. The only thing that fixes it, is a restart on the actual BES server, not the physical server although we have tried that as well. Once I restart it, messages start transferring once again but stops again within 2 - 3 hours. This just started yesterday afternoon around 4 PM.
We are running on Version 4.0.5 - I know this is an older version but right now it's not under my control to upgrade. Has anyone ran into anything like this before or know where I could possibly start looking?
