I have Microsoft Exchange with Blackberry Professional Software. Two Bolds are on the system. We can wireless sync contacts, emails, etc. The issue if I file emails in Outlook on my computer, the emails still show on the Blackberry.
If I hit "Reconcile Now" some will move but others will stay.
Is there any setting for the emails to move on the BB without hitting the "Reconcile Now" option?
It is a pain to sort thru the emails twice. Thanks.
Unfortunately, no. If you move an email out of the inbox on Outlook and into a folder on the PC, the BlackBerry loses track of it and ignores it from then on. Reconciling won't remove it. You have to manually delete it on the BlackBerry. At least, that's what I have to do. If somebody on BES has another solution, I'll be glad to hear it.
